The use of a session applies to each individual person using the cage, workout floor, or any equipment. This includes any parent, coach, child, athlete or any other person. (Ex. If there are 2 people in or using the cage, it will count as 2 sessions) unless the other individual has their own cage package.
Cage Rules
1. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. CrossFit gym equipment is not to be used unless supervised by CrossFit Coach.
Booking Your Cage Time
Booking cage time is a first come first serve basis. We would also like to work around our CrossFit class schedule that can be found here
