We do not offer free trial class options. All payments must be made prior to first workout. 

Our Drop In is $20 if you sign up that day your drop in will go towards your membership.

On Ramp Program - $60.00

Our On Ramp is an introduction to CrossFit. Teaching and coaching our basic fundamental movements to ready you for our classes. Whether you are totally new to CrossFit, exercise or just needing a refresher our On Ramp is the perfect place to start! The On Ramp will consist of 3 sessions and can be scheduled when signing up. This is not a mandatory program in order to join.

Open Gym

Requirements: Anyone attending open gym must be a member of the gym. Safety to all of our members is our #1 Priority. Having an understanding of proper mechanics, form, intensity, use of equipment etc. will be our requirements before going to Open Gym on your own.

Personal/Small Group Training

Not sure where to start or want to train with your friends in a smaller group setting? Personal training is a great place to start!
